-How can I contact you?

-I haven't received my order yet, what shall I do?

 Please contact us at support@hiphopworld.com and we will be more than happy to update you on the progress of your order and estimated delivery date.

We try to answer all emails within 24 hours.

-Where do you ship too?

We ship all of our goods worldwide, we use well known international carriers to ensure your order gets to you quickly and securely. 

-How long until I get my order?

Please allow 7-49 days for the delivery (during busy holiday periods e.g Christmas holidays please allow the maximum estimated time) Sometimes it can take a little longer due to things we can't control like weather etc.

-Do you accept returns?

Because of the low prices we can't accept returns. Sending it back & restocking fee would cost you in the end even more than the product. Also we've had some bad experience with fraud in the past.

-Are this the real products from pop-ups etc.

Most of the products are replicas of the real exclusive products that were sold in pop-up shops. But nobody will notice any difference & they look really good. We are also always honest about this. You have a lot of other sites that sell them for much more without saying it's replica.

-Sizes?

 It are small sizes so you should buy a little bigger than normal. We recommend 1 size bigger than USA sizes & 2-3 bigger than European. It also depends on
